A controlled demolition on your business.

Constructions is a 6-month group program for founders ready to strip their business down to the studs so they can trust what's holding it up.

★ Program Begins October 1st, 2026

Your business is the most intimate, creative act of your life. You pulled an entire world out of nothing.

So why are you strangers with the parts that are running it?

Constructions is 6 months of business advisory for founders ready to go full Demo Day on their business and construct something they can build a LIFE around.

In your business, the parts you ignore, side-eye, or treat like someone else's job are the parts eating away at everything you built on purpose.

Every part of your business you don’t understand is a decision you’re making blind, and every number you don’t look at is a weed growing through a cracked foundation where profit should be.

Every offer you haven’t audited is costing you hours you could be spending with your kids, your partner, yourself.

So what are you constructing?

Something you understand intimately, trust completely, and can actually live inside?

Or something that looks good from the outside while you quietly resent it every Monday morning?

You're the
founder of a
business you'd
never invest in.

You don’t know your numbers. You don’t know why last
month worked. You’re nervous to admit you don’t fully
grasp cashflow. You don’t have a sales strategy outside of
creating content. And you don’t know how much work is
ever “enough” work.

The only thing you know for sure is that you’re sick & tired
of being sick & tired with all the things.

And ya just keep buying shit that’s not working because
you haven’t diagnosed the real problem.

Constructions is not that.

Most business programs give you more doing, more
strategy, more ideas to plop on top of a foundation you
never intentionally built.

Constructions strips your business back
to the foundation to make sure you
actually understand what you’re
standing on.

That’s why it’s called Constructions.

Not Renovation. Not Optimization. Constructions.

We’re tearing out the walls. Taking a look at the wiring.

And you'll never stand in rubble alone, each step has structure and support before we move to the next.

And when you come out, you have more than a pretty
business but one that you actually know how to run.
Something you can actually own.

Sometimes ya gotta get schooled.

Not a Course

You won’t be watching videos about funnels. You’ll be building them, forecasting revenue, and getting under the hood of your business.

Not Another Strategy

But creating a practice of making decisions you can actually explain. You’ll have the security to make secure decisions.

Not a Hard Skill

The practice of paying attention, listening to what your data is trying to tell you, and developing your business intuition.

So what's actually on the other side of this?

★ The second-guessing (the “am I doing this right”)* shuts the fuck up because you finally know your business well enough to trust your own read on it.

★ You open your bank account and it's a number you already knew because you already forecasted it. You’re not bracing yourself as the screen loads.

★ You say yes to something and your whole body agrees with you, not that scared-self-sabotage yes where you white-knuckle through. A real YES that lights a fire in your belly.

★ You’re know you’re safe to take the risk when it’s time because it's calculated. You know exactly what you're standing on when you jump.

★ And honestly? You get a little smug about it. As you should! You paid attention, you did the work nobody glamorizes, and all that's yours now.

★ You know exactly what deserves your attention and what doesn't – and when it's time to bring someone in, you know exactly how to think about that too.

Constructions lets you finally be fully in the room with what you already built.

It’s a deeply customized, further business education with integration time, coaching through the mind trash that WILL pop up during this process, and an environment to become so deeply business literate.

I don’t care how long you’ve been in business.

Looking under the hood may feel exposing, or like you should already know all this.

But y'know, that's just what happens when you stop avoiding the shit and eeeeeveryone feels it. I SWEAR.

You don't need to "have it together" before you start. You just need to be willing to be honest about what you don't know yet. I got you from there.

This is for anyone who woke up one day, took a look around, and wondered how the hell they even got here.

For anyone who has built things, but somehow keeps building themselves out of it. You might be...

The Accidental Success

She wakes up on Monday instantly overwhelmed but can't figure out WHY.

Her workload isn't that bad. Her Asana is gorgeous. But this pit in her stomach doesn't go away.

Her business leaves a taste in her mouth she can't quite place, like eating something when you're hungry but don't have an appetite.

She's done everything in her power to achieve work/life balance, but at this point… she's just tired of work being part of it at all.

The Shell of a Person

How the hell is it already noon?!

Every work day ends because it has to, not because she's done. Work doesn't leave her side or her mind.

She breaks down big projects into smaller tasks and is efficient as fuck. If there’s a way to optimize or streamline anything, she’s already got it in place.

Because everything has to get done somehow.

She shares a "lol relatable" reel about trading a 9-5 for a 24/7, pauses to think how nice a 9-5 sounds, shrugs it off, and scrolls through a dozen more videos.

And so the next part of her day begins abruptly.

The Imposter with an LLC

She stares at the monthly P&L report in her inbox for the third day in a row. Her bookkeeper congratulates her for such yummy profit margins and another great month.

“Yay! Thank you!” she replies after a quick scan through the PDF again. The numbers obviously look good, but what is she suppose to do with this information exactly?

She trashes the email and keeps trucking, feeling like a total fraud behind a business that's somehow doing well.

She beats herself up for feeling like someone else might be the best person to run the business… but it’s definitely not her.

The Scared Self Sabotager

Inquiries slow down a bit this week.

And despite having her best month ever, her body remembers every crumb of desperation from when she began this business.

A random job lands in her lap that’s not reeeeally what she does, but…she says yes, sends the proposal, and apologizes to her intuition halfway through the project.

Her insides are screaming, but it’s okay because this project makes her feel just a little more safe… right?

Hey, at least she made $800.

You don't have to be just one. Most people who need Constructions are some combo of all four.

i know
why you're
here.

★ Someone called you successful and others look up to what you’re building, and you shrink up inside and think “if only they knew.”

★ You’ve hired the VA, the designer, the bookkeeper, and you still feel like you’re doing everything by yourself because you never understood the operations well enough to actually let go.

★ You built something that makes money and you feel guilty for resenting it – “shouldn’t I just be thankful?” you wonder.

★ You walk around with more questions than answers about your own business and hell, you’ve been doing this for years.

It’s stupid-obvious to ask for help when your business is literally in shambles.

But when the adrenaline dies off, the daily unknowns outran your motivation, and you start to hide behind what you’ve built… it’s time. This moment is teaching you something about not only your business, but yourself.

For founders ready to strip their business down to the studs, so they can trust what's holding it up.

This is where we take your business apart, get right in the face of everything in there, and put it back together with you intimately understanding every nook & cranny.

Do you have the guts? Because I think you do.

You’ve taken risks before. You’ve done hard things before. And you’ve seen what’s on the other side, what’s possible when you have the balls.

But this time, we'll do it together.

We pull everything out: every reps you’ve put in, every decision you’ve made, everything you’ve built (or half-built lol), or outgrown.

I’m teaching you live 3x a month, going deep into every domain of your business.

You won’t just be a “creative” or “service provider” anymore, but you’ll proudly call yourself a business owner.

★ Deciding how you’ll actually use your monthly P&L, and start forecasting revenue.

★ Considering product-market fit before jumping ahead to overthinking your messaging.

★ Deprioritizing aesthetics to make sure your offer is profitable first.

★ Looking back at each month’s data before walking into the next month.

★ No pussy footing with your content because the Morality Avengers might post about you.

★ Following up with audacity and daring to call people “prospects” or “leads.” Hell, now you even navigate a sale call – fuck the coffee chats!

And you’ll have time to implement each month because I don’t want you consuming more – you’re here to do the do.

In Constructions, we rebuild the relationship between who you are, who you became to build this, and who you're building toward – so you're not just running a business, you actually trust the person running it.

You’re hiding in
your “zone of
genius.”

It’s time to stop being a martyr to the lie of what you can
and cannot do.

Obviously, there are things in business that you don’t
know and other things you’re not immediately good at.

They say to be a CEO is to find your secret sauce and not
do anything else… which is absolute bullshit.

You consider yourself a multi-passionate, or a multi-
hyphenate – ”i’M mOrE tHaN oNe tHiNg!” But you only
have ONE zone of genius? Really?

Where did that come from?

Hiding behind these labels of “oh I can’t be doing that” is a
choice that locks you into only knowing the business
you’ve built. You’re opting yourself out of:

★ Learning something new, which is a total joy and your
brain loves that shit

★ Expanding your genius into other zones you never
knew possible, leaving you powerful af

★ Opportunities you can’t engage in because you can’t
hold or manage it, so you let some big dawg with a team
to delegate to take it instead (gag me)

These things compound and keep you AND your
business small.

For a space so hell bent on shoving scaling & growth
down our throats, nobody is holding you accountable for
growth as the operator of your business.

Identity work is cool, but I want you to fully identify as a
business owner.

You have to get intimate with your business and a
byproduct of that is becoming hella business literate.

Constructions is where you finally look at your business in
that way, walking through your Business Domains.

We move through your business domain by domain, so you don't have to look at everything all at once. You finish one, you integrate it, then we move to the next... together!

Your current zone of genius is nestled in here somewhere, so let’s get to expanding that sucker:

*this isn’t an extensive list of everything you’ll check off through Constructions. But it is a list of skills you can only acquire through learning how it works, and then putting it into play.

RAW MATERIALS | Weeks 1-4

We’ll callout what intimidates you in business to decide what we’re re-creating around. We gotta get the gunk out and clear ya out to construct something new. What’s the dragon you gotta slay? Where have you been, and who did you have to become to get here? We’ll challenge that to find what’s next.

OPS & SYSTEMS | Weeks 5-8

We’ll start scaffolding the structure you need to hold not only what you build, but support the reps you’ll take each day. Sessions cover internal project management, projects vs campaigns, running monthly retros, analyzing data, and creating your best admin cadence for a strong infrastructure.

Examples:
★ Process documentation – do you write SOPs while doing the task or after? Or do you uh, write them at all?

★ Bottleneck-spotting – carving out a routine time to ask yourself “what’s one thing that if it broke, everything crumbles?”

★ Systemizing vs being a hero – having an eye to notice when you’re the reason something works vs the system is (And asking why did it needed saving in the first place)

INCOME | Weeks 9-12

We’ll map out your current revenue, be really honest with the health of your offers, and create secure streams of income. You’ll go deeper than just mapping customer journeys, but run profitability on everything you sell, take a peek at market fit, and analyze fulfillment. Plus, you’ll know how to transition your clients or customers through any changes.

Examples:
★ Multiple-stream thinking – we want to look at your income sources like a portfolio, and see how they exist on their own but also together

★ Profitability in pricing – understanding why you charge what you do, and how you can make “more” money with these adjustments

★ Ceiling awareness – knowing what caps your current income model (time-for-money vs leveraged)

FINANCIALS | Weeks 13-16

We’ll make big dawg decisions on how you want to manage your money, digging through Profit & Loss statements together, and laying out your cashflow so you can visually SEE it. You’ll establish new standards for forecasting your revenue before going after big sales goals, and track it so you can stop checking your bank account every day.

Examples:
★ Routine money dates – knowing what numbers to check for what information and how often (more than just at tax time!)

★ Understanding cashflow – distinguishing revenue from profit from cash, which is a claaaaassic blind spot

★ Runway math – do you know what is coming in for the next 1, 3, 6 months?

MARKETING | Weeks 17-20

We’ll get right into what you’re here to do, what your vision is, whatever you want to call it. You’re here for a reason, and this is where we find the intersection of your calling and what resonates with your buyer. From what you say to where you wanna say it, we’ll deepen the integration so your message gets to the right folks.

Examples:
★ Market-fit instincts – can you identify and articulate who your offer is for and why they care?

★ Attention economics – treating content as a cost / return decision, not just "showing up consistently”

★ KPIs – do you know what to track and how to interpret the data you get so you know what strings to pull to get the outcome you want?

SALES | Weeks 21-24

We’ll start using our business terms here: leads & prospects. *gasp* You’ll develop a flow for identifying and closing your leads, along with following up. You’ll navigate sales conversations and have a plan for how to move folks through a sales strategy that uses your best strengths and retains your current clients.

Examples:
★ Objection listening – hearing "no" as data, not a personal rejection and feeling safe to take the next step

★ Following up – knowing what to say, when to say it, and running this process routinely

★ Asking for the sale – you have to literally ask for the sale instead of hinting, and sometimes….. you have to reach out first (ACK)

Hi, I'm

I started building businesses because I had to… I was a teen mom with no job and no education.

(Hell, I finished high school from a library computer after leaving home at 16 lol)

I had to be self-sufficient before most people need to be.

And I learned a lot the hard way, with small things like managing inventory to big things like filing for bankruptcy.

Every time, I’d dust myself off and check in with my learnings before hauling ass in another direction.

Over the last decade, I’ve started businesses across 11+ different industries – both online and IRL.

I created Constructions from my many years of reps, and from everything that built my lived-knowledge of business… just to shave a bit more off of yours.

When are the sessions, and how many are there?

Each month is focused on a single domain (see above). I host a live session for the first three (3) weeks of each month, then we use the last week to implement.

You need to plan to attend live, but there will be a replay each time if you’re unable.

You also have Slack for async support, coaching, and deeper integration in-between those sessions.

During onboarding week, we will vote for the best call time across the cohort. If the vote is split, we’ll run two smaller cohorts to accommodate the availability.

What happens after 6 months?

Well, you're not left standing in a pile of rubble with no plan. I can tell ya that!

By the end, you have a business that you've deconstructed and then put back together again with me. (Aw, look at us)

That means you know what you're doing every time you have a lil CEO day (not just scrolling for "inspo"), you know what you want to do after looking at your next monthly P&L report, and you're really clear about what needs YOUR attention vs what you'll hand off.

From there, I'll invite you to Construct-ed –  my 1:1 advisory. We'll partner together to leverage into whatever's next: scaling, starting another business, or simply making more money.

You're welcome to ask me about working together 1:1 at any time – it starts at $1800 USD per month.

How does this work during the holidays?

+

During November, our live sessions do not overlap with Thanksgiving so we’re good to go!

During December, our live sessions will occur on the first three weeks without any holiday interruptions. Then, you can choose how to balance integration with your personal time off from Dec 21st through Jan 1st.

Our team will be offline from December 21-27, then available for the last week of the month for integration support.

Respectfully, how do YOU know all this shit?!

+

Oh darn, what a perfect opportunity to brag on myself... LET'S DO IT.

Most business coaches, advisors, or strategist have one lane. They've run one type of business, or they've only ever worked online, or they got an MBA and never actually built anything themselves. (lol)

I've started and run businesses across 11+ industries – brick & mortar and online. Display design, luxury sales, e-commerce, a non-profit, a physical retail studio I built from the ground up, marketing for other founders, and now... this!

I've done the ops, the sales, the pivots, the P&Ls, the "oh shit I didn't budget for that," the bankruptcy – all of it.

None of this is regurgitated shit from the pits of coaches-coaching-coaches hell. I'm walking you through everything I had to figure out from scratch, across totally different industries.

Cause that's the skill, right? Knowing what to look at, what to fix first, and what to leave alone. Those skills transfers no matter what you're building.

If you want to full timeline & lore, check out it out here.

Do you have other payment options?

+

You can choose between paying over 6, or 9 months. If you need an extended plan, please reach out.

6 Payments
★ Standard: $650/mo (x6)

9 Payments
★ Standard: $435/mo (x9)

We do not build in additional fees regardless of the plan you choose.

I’ve worked with you before – can I still join?

+

First of all, heeeeyyyy.

Second of all, absolutely! As I write this, I have two of my 1:1 clients enrolled for this cohort. Your growth as an individual is not linear, and neither is your business’.

If this is where you’re meant to be this fall, then fuck – let’s go! And you know you can DM me to ask.

If your question isn’t listed here, message me on IG or email me: [email protected]
